🌟 A heartfelt thank you to all the participants of our Project Day 2024, who made this event a success! 🌟
Synergies at the Core 🤝
Over the course of two dynamic days, synergies and connections were at the heart of discussions. From National Funding Agencies engaging with projects, to coordinators meeting the PRIMA team, SAC members connecting with project representatives, and most importantly, projects discovering opportunities to co-create and collaborate with one another.
Celebrating new beginnings 🎉
These two day were also about celebration—welcoming new projects into the ever-growing hashtag#PRIMAfamily. We were also honored by the presence of the Bulgarian representative, as Bulgaria has officially joined our program, bringing the total to 20 member countries 🌍, with the continued support of the European Union.
No Use, No Impact 🎯
One of our key objectives was to ensure that projects talked to projects. After all, who is better equipped to share insights into a PRIMA project than another project itself? We were thrilled to receive hand-on experiences shared by the projects SUREFISH and Sustainolive and representatives Marco de La feld and Alejandro Gallego. They provided key solutions and practical tools 🛠️ for distinguishing communication, dissemination, and exploitation—and how to effectively plan actions in each area. Their presentations were complemented by Andrea Di Anselmo from META Group, who delivered a great talk on maximizing the use of project results.
SPEAK UP! 🎤
A massive congratulations to all the coordinators who poured their heart and soul into the (sometimes difficult!) challenge of pitching their project in just 2 minutes ⏱️
Special applause goes to Antonio Padovano (CERERE Project), Vincent Nicolas (@3D-STELLAR), and Georgios Kleftodimos (DYONISUS), who won the best pitch awards🏆👏
Creativity, Innovation & Art 🎨✨
The day wasn’t just about science and innovation—it also celebrated creativity and art. We were fortunate to be part of a beautiful collaboration with the PRIMA NEXUS–NESS Project, which brought together young artists, scientists, and educators to create hashtag#NexusArt. This extraordinary work traveled all the way to Barcelona 🌍 and was shared with PRIMA coordinators, hosted in Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau.
A special thanks to Fernando Nardi for leading this initiative. 🙏
